Note: This is a new League Table initiated in October 2009 when the Australian sovereign and semi-governments started issuing bonds via syndication as well as tender. It includes all deals from Australian Commonwealth and semi-government issuers done on a bookbuilt basis, as well as transactions from other Australian agency issuers.
Criteria: A$100m minimum size (except for increases, which are eligible if the original deal was A$100m min); one-year minimum maturity or call date; issuer must be domiciled in Australia; pricing must be disclosed; deal must be syndicated; excludes asset-backed and listed debt securities; bookrunners given equal allocation.
